Episode Notes

This episode was a treat to record! Our time with Shawn was packed with gold and we hope you take the time to take notes and think through the relationships that are affecting your portfolio.

Shawn Honer is not only a 20 year veteran law enforcement officer for Homeland Security but a seasoned real estate investor.  He has built his investment portfolio around real estate which isn't necessarily unique but what we found interesting is how he values relationships and people.  We cant help but think there is an incredible correlation between his love for solid relationships and the success of his investment endeavors.  Such an honor to sit down with him and hear how he has gone from working a 40 hour day job to owning/ managing 20 doors in just a few short years.
